Easy Return & Exchange Policy

At JayZee, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience every time you shop with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made the exchange process easy and hassle-free for you.

Domestic Orders:

All products purchased from jayzee.com can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, no questions asked!

To initiate an exchange, simply notify us within 3 days of delivery by filling out the Complaint/Inquiry form available on our website.

We offer FREE pickup for customers who opt for the online exchange process. On average, the online exchange process takes 7-10 working days.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be in a saleable condition and must be unused and unwashed, with the original tags and price labels attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, either in the form of a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Non-Eligible Exchange Requests:

  • If the exchange request is made outside the specified time frame (within 30 days of delivery).
  • If the product is damaged due to use or has been tampered with.
  • If anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, and order invoice.
  • Any excess fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots that are not mentioned on the website will not be provided with the product, and such exchange claims will not be considered valid.
  • Fragrance and jewelry products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • JayZee is not responsible for items purchased from unauthorized sellers or individuals. Please ensure that you shop only from our official website jayzee.com (all orders placed at jayzee.com are delivered in the original JayZee flyer/box).

International Orders:

We do our best to provide you with as much information as possible to ensure that you are completely comfortable when placing your order.

Currently, we do not have an exchange/return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please register your complaint by filling out the Complaint/Inquiry form on our website, or you may email us atjayzee.info@gmail.com for further assistance.

International orders are delivered in a box wrapped with the JayZee logo tape. We will not entertain any complaint if the customer has not received the order in the original flyer/tape.

Refund Policy:

JayZee does not offer cash refunds.

However, refunds may be issued in specific cases:

  • A refund may be issued for credit/debit card orders if the customer cancels the order before JayZee starts processing the shipment.
  • If an item is found to be defective during quality control and, being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.

Refunds will typically take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the order has been processed.

JayZee reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as items being out of stock, pricing errors, articles found defective during quality control, or if the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
